Sabrina Pierre, Administrative Assistant
Sabrina Pierre is highly intelligent and personable student who is enrolled at Howard University. With a concentration in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology, she intends to enroll in medical school upon graduation and pursue a career in Psychiatry.
Ms. Pierre is certified in Mental Health First Aid which allows her to understand the unique dynamics that are present during emotional crisis moments, as well as attending the mental health challenges of individuals who are in need of guidance and support. As a Youth Development Counselor for the National Center for Children and Families, she ensures that children and adolescents are cared for and guided via developmentally appropriate methods and approaches, while advocating for their access to community resources. Additionally, Ms. Pierre serves as a mentor for Mentoring Youth and Teens’ Health (M.Y.T.H.), a local non-profit that aims to support the advancement of local teenagers.
At EMC2 Educational Consulting & Mental Health, Ms. Pierre is the Lead Administrative Assistant who is responsible for managing the offices, conducting the initial consultations and intakes, serving as a research assistant for Dr. Plummer, and is the primary liaison between EMC2 and local/national partners.
